At 616 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located near
Sebewaing, moving northeast at 45 knots.

  Port Hope around 650 AM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,

  Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico AND USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N...
  Coastal Waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques, and around and
  just north of Culebra and Saint John...
  Coastal Waters from Cabo San Juan to the waters between Anegada
  Island and Virgin Gorda and North 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 637 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending just offshore San Juan through east
of Fajardo clustering northwards towards offshore Atlantic waters.
These thunderstorms were nearly stationary and might continue
developing through the morning hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.

Intense lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
forecast office.
