  Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico AND USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 619 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
over the coastal waters of north-central Puerto Rico, moving
southeast at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
