At 322 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Monroe Harbor,
moving east at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and large hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in
         structural damage.

The severe thunderstorm will be near...
  Detroit River Light, Stony Point, and Estral Beach around 325 PM
  EDT.

Other locations impacted by the severe thunderstorm include Woodland
Beach, Stony Point, Estral Beach, and Detroit Beach.
