The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Nearshore and Open waters from Maumee Bay OH to Willowick OH...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 420 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Monroe
  Harbor to 22 nm south of North Cape, moving east at 55 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts in excess of 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Boats could suffer significant structural
           damage in high winds. Small craft could capsize in
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Put-In-Bay, Western Vermilion, Kelleys Island, Sandusky Bay, Huron,
  Willowick, Lorain Harbor, Vermilion, Reno Beach,
  Geneva-On-The-Lake, Avon Point, Fairport Harbor, Ashtabula, and
  Cleveland.
