* Special Marine Warning for...
  Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico AND USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

* Until 715 PM AST.

* At 614 PM AST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over the Atlantic offshore waters, moving
  north at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.

* At 645 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 27 nm northwest of Van Buren Point to 8 nm northwest
  of Ripley, moving east at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and large hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in
           structural damage.

* Locations impacted include...
  Small Boat Harbor, Van Buren Point, Lake Erie Beach, Barcelona,
  Woodlawn Beach, Erie Basin Marina, Sturgeon Point, Ripley, Wanakah,
  Dunkirk, Athol Springs, Bayview, and Sunset Bay.
