  Open Waters from Wilmette Harbor to Michigan City out to Mid
Lake...

At 127 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This
thunderstorm was located over Diversey Harbor, or over Harrison-
Dever Crib, moving southeast at 20 knots. Additional thunderstorms
are offshore that likely also have some small hail.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
