  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Selkirk Beach, Oswego, Mexico Bay, North Pond, and Sandy Island
  Beach.
