* Special Marine Warning for...
  Detroit River...
  Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to North Cape MI...

* Until 800 PM EDT.

* At 659 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 17 nm
  northwest of Bolles Harbor Of Refuge to 13 nm northwest of Monroe
  Harbor to 6 nm west of Luna Pier to 9 nm west of North Cape, moving
  east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Severe thunderstorms will be near...
  North Cape and Luna Pier around 705 PM EDT.
  Bolles Harbor Of Refuge, Monroe Harbor, and Detroit Beach around
  710 PM EDT.
  Stony Point and Woodland Beach around 715 PM EDT.
  Estral Beach around 720 PM EDT.
  Lake Erie Metropark Harbor and Detroit River Light around 725 PM
  EDT.
  Gibraltar around 730 PM EDT.
  Elizabeth Park Marina around 735 PM EDT.
  Grosse Ile around 740 PM EDT.

           suddenly higher waves.
