...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following
  counties, Fresno, Kern, Kings and Tulare.

* WHEN...Until 100 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 727 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already
    caused minor flooding in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Fresno, Visalia, Tulare, Hanford, Delano, Wasco, Corcoran,
    Lemoore, Sanger, Reedley, Selma, Dinuba, Parlier, Earlimart,
    McFarland, Kingsburg, Farmersville, Home Garden, Armona and
    Stratford.
