...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM PST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by previous excessive rainfall.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Washington, including the
  following county, Kittitas.

* WHEN...Until 400 AM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
  crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 126 PM PST, gauge reports indicate flooding is still
    ongoing.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    the Yakima River.
    Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    mainly rural areas of Northwestern Kittitas County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
