The National Weather Service office in Binghamton NY will conduct
a storm survey Thursday for the area near Lindley in Steuben
County New York. The survey is in relation to the severe
thunderstorms that moved through the area between 745 PM and 800
PM EDT this evening, April 15 2026.

A final assessment including results of the survey are expected
to be completed and transmitted via a Public Information
Statement Thursday afternoon.

The storm survey information will also be available on our
