Current widespread IFR conditions will be slow to improve this
morning. The latest TAF looks good pushing IFR conditions into the
early afternoon, and may require a TEMPO as conditions struggle to
reach MVFR levels. Next clipper pushes through overnight bringing a
chance of light snow, but the bulk of precip should remain N/NE
of STL.
