Woodward...

The following message is transmitted at the request of Oklahoma
Department of Emergency Management.

At 500 PM, a large and destructive wildfire was burning out of
control southwest of the City of Woodward spreading rapidly to the
northeast. Wildfires can damage or destroy structures and can harm
or kill people and animals. For your safety EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY for
the Mooreland or Vici Community Center.

Those between 13th street and 48th street and betweeen Oklahoma
Avenue and Hanks Trail should LEAVE this area NOW to avoid injury or
death. Do not delay to pack belongings. The Reunification Center is
setting up at the Mooreland or Vici Community Center.
Roads in the area may be impacted by fire and smoke. Never drive
into heavy smoke. SLOW DOWN & MOVE OVER for emergency vehicles.
