...Growing Season Expanded into all of eastern OH and
most of southwestern PA...

The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has activated the
growing season for the following zones in Ohio and Pennsylvania:

In Ohio: Columbiana county.

In Pennsylvania: Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Fayette Ridges,
Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mercer, Westmoreland Ridges, and Venango
counties.

This is in addition to the previously activated counties in Ohio
and Pennsylvania.

Frost/freeze headline will be issued for the above zones as
needed.

The growing season now includes all the counties in the forecast area
except for Eastern Tucker county in West Virginia and Forest county in
Pennsylvania.
