.DISCUSSION...
A cold front will push through Harney County late this afternoon
bringing showers, gusty northwest winds and the chance of a
thunderstorm. Wind gusts to 40 mph are possible with the cold
frontal passage. It will remain windy overnight as colder air
moves into the region. Thursday will see breezy northwest winds
and a chance of snow showers. A building high pressure system will
bring drier and warmer conditions starting Friday and continuing
into the weekend.
