...FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR AN ICE JAM WILL EXPIRE AT 1 PM EDT THIS
AFTERNOON FOR EAST CENTRAL CLINTON COUNTY...

Although the ice jam remains in place in Morrisville, no significant
flooding is currently occurring. Therefore, the Flash Flood Warning
will be allowed to expire. However, additional flooding is possible,
especially if the jam shifts or moves. Anyone with interests near
the Saranac River should remain alert for changing river conditions.
Obey all road closure signs and follow orders from local officials.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 200 PM EDT Thursday for all of
northern New York.
