* WHEN...From 9 AM to 9 PM MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will produce waves up to 4 feet which can
  overturn or swamp small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters on Fort Peck Lake should use extra caution since strong
