...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.

* WHEN...Until this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 16 feet, lowland flooding continues along the river
  and about one foot of water can be expected along portions of
  Island Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:45 AM EDT Sunday, the stage was 16.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this afternoon and continue falling, remaining below flood
    stage.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
