  Illinois River at Beardstown affecting Cass, Morgan, Schuyler and
  Brown Counties.

.The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Persons with interests along this river need to remain aware of the
latest forecasts and associated flood risk for their area. Stay

* WHERE...Illinois River near Havana.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Minor flooding begins to agricultural
  areas not protected by levees.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 PM CDT Wednesday was 15.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady above flood
    stage at around 15.3 feet for the next several days.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
