This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A red flag warning is in effect for all of western and north central
Nebraska this afternoon and evening. Relative humidity will fall off
to around 15 percent this afternoon with southwesterly wind gusts up
to 35 MPH. Any fire starts have a high probability for rapid spread.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Overnight lows Saturday morning will reach into the lower to middle
20s across western and north central Nebraska. A freeze watch is in
effect for areas generally south of highway 2.

Near critical to critical fire weather conditions are possible
Saturday across the area.

Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are possible mainly
during the afternoon hours Sunday through Wednesday.
