ENDING: 8 AM CDT MAR 27

The following conditions are expected:

* Sustained surface winds of 30 knots or greater.

Northerly winds will remain sustained at 30-35 knots until a
little after sunrise. Gusts up to 50 knots will be possible. Winds
will slightly decrease around sunrise, however will remain strong
around 20 to 30 knots through the afternoon hours.
