            Delayed report. In coordination with Pamlico
            County Emergency Management, a survey of
            damage along HWY 55 in Stonewall found
            damage consistent with straight line winds
            of 80 to 90 mph. In this area, a mobile home
            strapped down with hurricane ties was moved
            3 to 4 feet off its foundation. The ties
            were ripped out of the ground. The home
            sustained damage to siding and windows. An
            occupant inside the home during the storm
            sustained injuries. The home was blown off
            the foundation towards the east. A nearby
            home on Spain Farm Road sustained minor
            damage to a patio and outdoor light
            fixtures. Time estimated based on observer
            report and radar.
