  off shore to mid lake...

* Until 1045 PM CDT.

* At 1008 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 31 nm east of Wind Pt. to 12 nm east of Winthrop
  Harbor, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.
