* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A band of heavy snowfall is currently moving
  across the twin cities metro and producing snowfall rates between
  1-1.5 inches/hr. Additional bands of heavy snow with greater
  snowfall rates between 1-2 inches/hr is expected early tomorrow
  morning.
