The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of southern Connecticut,
including the following areas, Northern Fairfield, Northern
Middlesex, Northern New Haven, Northern New London, Southern
Fairfield, Southern Middlesex, Southern New Haven and Southern New
London.

The heaviest rain has exited the region, and therefore urban and
small river and stream flash flooding is no longer expected to pose
a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures, and stay
away from swollen rivers and streams.
