...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Georgia, including the following
  counties, Decatur and Seminole.

* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 454 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Bainbridge, Donalsonville, West Bainbridge, Iron City,
    Climax, Brinson, Hanover, Cyrene, Decatur Co A/P, Ausmac,
    Eldorendo, Reynoldsville, Steinham Store, Sharphagen, Lela,
    Desser, Donaldsonville A/P, Davis Park, Little Hope and
    Riverturn.
