* Tornado Warning for...
  Southern Franklin County in west central Arkansas...
  Northeastern Sebastian County in west central Arkansas...

* Until 1030 PM CDT.

* At 948 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm with strong low level rotation
  that could produce a tornado at any time was located near
  Charleston, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.
