* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast California, including the following
  county, Inyo.

* WHEN...Until 1130 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 526 PM PST, emergency management reported heavy rain and
    flooding in the Death Valley area, including Panamint Valley.
    Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Deadman Pass, Wingate Wash, Willow Creek, Amargosa River,
    Death Valley Wash, Rainbow Canyon, Wet Fork Blackwater Wash,
    Salt Creek, White Sage Wash, Bradbury Wash, Furnace Creek
    Wash, Confidence Wash, Darwin Wash, Lee Wash, Emigrant Wash,
    Blackwater Wash and Rhodes Wash.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Furnace Creek, Stovepipe Wells, Shoshone, Texas Springs
    Campground, Panamint Springs, Death Valley Junction, Homewood
