The Special Weather Statement for Pohnpei and Kosrae is no longer in
effect and will not be further updated for the tropical disturbance
that brought heavy rain to the region yesterday. An active weather
pattern will continue late this weekend into next week as the ITCZ
strengthens across the region. Locally heavy rainfall will be
possible during active phases in ITCZ convection.

This will be the last Special Weather Statement issued for Pohnpei
and Kosrae. For the latest weather info, visit
