...NOAA WEATHER RADIO ROUTINE WEEKLY TEST CANCELLED...

Due to potential severe weather, the Routine Weekly Test of NOAA
Weather Radio stations in Hawaii will be cancelled for this week.
Routine weekly tests will resume next week Wednesday, weather
permitting.

During potentially dangerous situations, specially built radio
receivers can be automatically activated to warn of the impending
hazard. The National Weather Service normally conducts a test of
the NOAA Weather Radio public warning system between 11 am and
noon each Wednesday.
