* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Carolina, Loiza, San Juan and Trujillo Alto.

* WHEN...Until 400 AM AST.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over
  roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 241 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will
    cause urban and small stream flooding.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
