  Stark County in north central Illinois...
  Northeastern Knox County in west central Illinois...

* Until 815 PM CDT.

* At 714 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Altona, or 11
  miles south of Cambridge, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will be near...
  La Fayette around 725 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of this severe thunderstorm include
Elmira, Osceola and Bradford.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
