* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southern Bossier Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  Central Caddo Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  Southwestern Webster Parish in northwestern Louisiana...

* Until 715 PM CDT.

* At 608 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Blanchard, or
  8 miles north of Shreveport, moving southeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Two inch hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Shreveport, Bossier City, Haughton, Blanchard, Doyline, Fosters,
  Eastwood, Barksdale Air Force Base, Bodcau, Ferguson, Red Chute,
  Sligo, Fillmore, Princeton, Taylortown, Koran and Curtis.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
widespread damaging winds and dangerous hail.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for a portion of
northwest Louisiana.
