The main weather impacts to fire operations today will be related to breezy southwesterly winds and high RH through the day due to ongoing shower chances and a front that will move through the region this afternoon between 1200 and 1600 local time. Wind gusts this morning will initially range 18 to 25 mph and increase through the day. Strongest gusts will accompany the front with up to 40 mph possible between heavier shower elements. Chances diminish this evening and overnight with excellent RH recoveries over 90%; can't rule out some fog. Another front will move through Tuesday afternoon bringing chances of thunderstorms; there could be a few stronger variety storms capable of damaging winds. .REST OF TODAY...
