The areas affected include...
Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA out 20 NM...
Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 NM, including
Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...

* At 513 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong
  thunderstorms were located along a line from 6 miles southeast of
  Bluffton to over Belfast, moving east at 35 mph.

Locations impacted include...
  Savannah River Entrance, Tybee Island, Wassaw Sound, Ossabaw Sound,
  Savannah Buoy, Channel Buoy 5.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
