  Waters from Murrells Inlet NC to South Santee River SC from 20 to
  40 nm...

At 953 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
near Parking Lot Area, moving southeast at 30 knots.

Locations impacted include...
2 C R Ledge, Parking Lot Area, Vermillion Reef, Greenville Reef,
Horseshoe Area, and Horseshoe Reef.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes. If caught on the open water,
prepare for deteriorating conditions. Make sure you and your crew are
wearing properly fitted life jackets.
