Winds will remain breezy from the north to northwest through the
late afternoon today. Winds then become east to northeast tonight
into Friday. Friday morning will be cold, with likely freezing
temperatures and poor humidity recoveries. High temperatures warm
back above normal this weekend, with lighter winds. The next
chance for precipitation is by Monday through at least the middle
of next week, but confidence is low.
