offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure will exit the
area today as a series of cold fronts or troughs pass over the
waters today and tonight. Then high pressure will briefly build
over the waters Tue before a warm front passes over Tue night. A
cold front approaches from the W Wed and moves over the waters
late Wed and Wed night. Another high will quickly move through
the area Thu, with yet another cold front nearing the coast Thu
night. This cold front will move E through the area Fri and Fri
night and has the potential to be on the stronger side.
