beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A series of cold fronts or
surface troughs will pass over the waters today and tonight. Then
high pressure gradually builds E over the S waters late tonight.
By Tue high pressure will extend N and shift E through Tue night.
Also another warm front should emerge off of the mid- Atlantic
coast Tue and move N of the waters Tue night. Another cold front
approaches the area from the NW Wed, moving into the N waters
late Wed and into the central waters Wed night. Another high will
quickly move through the area Thu, with yet another cold front
nearing the coast Thu night. This cold front will move E through
the area Fri and Fri night and has the potential to be on the
stronger side.
