.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front over the area gradually diminishes
tonight and early Thu as a strong cold front approaches the area
from the NW, and moves through the waters late tonight and Thu.
A surface trough will move through the area Thu night, then high
pressure builds in for Fri. High pressure continues through Sat,
then a cold front approaches from the W Sat night and moves into
the waters Sun. Intensifying low pressure develops along the
front Sun just N of the waters and moves NE, with the front
finally pushing E of the area Sun night. High pressure returns
Mon, then a surface trough develops over the waters Mon night
ahead of an approaching cold front from the NW. The NAVTEX
transmitter in Charleston is not operational at this time.
