California coast will persist through Wed night while high
pressure remains to the W and NW of the area through Fri night.
The area of high pressure will drift S to the W of the central
waters Sat through Sun night and persist there through Wed night.
Weak low pressure will pass just NW of the N waters Sun and move
inland later Sun.
