.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure just S of the waters will slowly track
S today into tonight as a stationary front persists from the low
into the Oregon coast. Ridging will build E into the area tonight
ahead of a weak cold front Mon from the N. An area of low
pressure will move in from the NW Mon night and stall over the
waters Tue into Wed, and begin to weaken late Wed into Wed night.
High pressure will be W of waters as a stationary front NE of the
waters will remain just inland Thu into Thu night.
