...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following
areas... Southern and southwestern Guam Coastal Waters...

At 1204 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and occasional to
frequent lightning strikes. These thunderstorm were located over
southern Guam waters moving southwest at 20 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
