...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH WEDNESDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of eastern New York, including the following
  areas, Hamilton, and Herkimer Counties.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Occasional periods of showers and thunderstorms will impact
    the southwest Adirondacks and western Mohawk Valley Tuesday
    morning into Wednesday afternoon.  One to two inches of
    rainfall combined with some snow melt may lead to minor
    flooding.
