...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of western New York, including the following
  counties, Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Genesee, Livingston,
  Northern Erie, Ontario, Southern Erie and Wyoming.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more
  rain.
