Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - In the last 10 days, most of southeastern Michigan has seen 1.5 to 4.5 inches of rainfall which has saturated soils before the main spring green up.
