...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Temperatures in the freeze warning are generally in the 30
  to 32 degree range. However, a few cold spots are starting the day
  in the mid to upper 20s. Temperatures should warm above freezing
  by 9 AM this morning.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
