...RED FLAG WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA...

The National Weather Service in Raleigh has cancelled the Red
Flag Warning. Winds will continue to be strong and gusty from the
west through mid to late evening. Winds will decrease through the
overnight hours to less than 20 mph. However with nightfall, the
temperatures will continue to plummet and the relative humidity
values will be steady. Thus, the Warning has been cancelled.
