A Missing Endangered Person Advisory has been issued on behalf of
Kalispell Police Department for 16-year-old James Igoe Black.
James is 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, and has green
eyes with black hair. James is believed to be on foot with no cell
phone. Law enforcement is concerned for James’ safety and well-
being due to suicidal statements and mental health concerns. If
