...TYPHOON WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT...

* WHAT...Typhoon Warning. For Rota, tropical storm force winds of
  35 to 45 kt, with gusts to 60 kt. Seas will continue to slowly
  subside and are between 20 and 24 feet. For Tinian and Saipan,
  tropical storm winds of up to 60 kt with gusts to 80 kt. Seas are
  now subsiding and are between 24 to 28 feet.

* WHERE...Rota, Tinian, and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Through at least Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be catastrophic for small craft and
  large   vessels. Remain in safe harbor.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical storm winds of 40 kt are
  occurring at Rota, and winds of 60 kt are currently over the
  northern waters of Tinian and Saipan. Winds and seas will
  continue to very slowly decrease over the next 24 hours. Seas
  will be highest over the northern portions of the waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A typhoon warning means sustained winds of 64 kt or 74 mph or
greater are expected or occurring.

* WHAT...For the Tropical Storm Warning, southwest winds 30 to
  40 kt with gusts to 50 kt. Seas are slowly subsiding, but remain
  around 16 to 20 feet. For the Typhoon Watch, damaging winds
  remain possible.

* WHERE...Guam Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Through at least Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will maintain hazardous seas which
  could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Conditions
  will be dangerous for small craft and hazardous for large
  vessels. Remain in safe harbor.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical storm winds are occurring, with
  the strongest winds and highest seas over the northern waters.
  Winds will continue to slowly subside through tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A tropical storm warning means sustained winds of 34 to 63 kt or
39 to 73 mph are expected or occurring.
